Gerard ‘Gez’ Gourley is a British composer, foley artist, and audio manager. Gerard originally worked for Codemasters until January 24th, 1995, where he had moved to Big Red Software and later Blitz Game Studios.
Music Development
Genesis
Gourley wrote MIDI files, which was converted to the Tim Bartlett's sound driver.
Game Boy
Gourley used his own custom sound driver.
Game Boy Advance
On Downforce, Gourley used Fasttracker II and sent his XM files to Manfred Linzner, who converted it into the game using GAX sound driver.
On Zidane Football Generation 2002, Gourley composed title music possibly in Cubase. Later, his original music file was converted as RAW data possibly to Nintendo's MP2K sound driver.
On Agassi Tennis Generation, Gourley uses Engine Software's sound driver by Jan-Lieuwe Koopmans.
