Fred Porter has been a recording engineer and music producer in Tuscon since 1975. He worked for RSP in the 90's and composed the music to a couple of their games.

Porter used Chip Level Designs' audio driver for Beethoven: The Ultimate Canine Caper and the unreleased Steven Segal is the Final Option, while the unreleased Bobby's World games uses SLICK/Audio from Bitmasters.
