Everi Holdings is an American financial company and game studio. The company started life as Global Cash Access Holdings, Inc. and was a financial equipment provider. In December 2014, the company entered the gaming industry when they purchased Multimedia Games, and about a year later, the company changed their name to Everi Holdings. It has since acquired other studios as well, including Intuicode Gaming and Venuetize Inc.. The company develops slot-machines and other gambling-related software. As a result, their games do not have staff credits.
The company sometimes uses the name Top Shelf Studio, along with the Everi name.
