Ending plays during the ending sequence in The Bugs Bunny Birthday Blowout. Bugs finally makes it to his party and sees all of the Looney Tunes who had tried to stop him from the party there. According to the game, they were just playing some "funny" tricks on Bugs.
The song was written by Hiroyuki Masuno on his CMU-800 sequencer. Then, the song was converted into his sound driver. Hiroyuki should be contacted for an official title.
