(Source)
Like many of the other games in the series, only the instruction manuals (Adventurer's Journal) provided specified credits, while the game itself credits George Sanger and David Govett for music. George Sanger has also verified that he only worked on the music production and that David Govett composed all the music. The sound effects are taken from Pool of Radiance, which credits David Warhol in the manual for music and sound effects.
Game Rip
The game's music is stored in the MUSIC.DAX file. Most of the music was logged during gameplay, but some hacking of the .DAX file was also used in order to rip one of the songs.
Audio Devices
The game can use either the Ad Lib or Sound Blaster sound cards for FM music. Sound effects are played solely on the PC speaker.
