Creative MIDI is a 16-bit Windows MIDI player. It supports type 1 and 0 MIDI files, and features repeat and intro playback as well as a playlist with ordered or random playback. The program uses whatever MIDI mapper is currently selected in Windows.
Creative MIDI is part of the Creative Multimedia Decks, a software collection that also included Creative Wave, a WAV player, and Creative CD, a CD player, as well as some configuration apps. The software was bundled with later model 16-bit Sound Blaster sound cards.
