Craig Chamberlain is an American programmer, best known for Sidplayer on the Commodore 64.

In May 1981, Chamberlain was attending high school, and in October 1982, University of Michigan. As of 1999, he lives in Ann Arbor.

Audio Development

Atari 8-bit

From 1982-08-24 to 1985-05-29, Chamberlain developed Pokey Player in 6502 machine code. Harry Bratt programmed the editor.

Pokey Player was originally developed as a utility to add Donkey Kong type music to game programs.

From autumn 1983 to 1986, Chamberlain developed the MUS (Sidplayer) format and driver in 6502 assembler. Bratt programmed the first editor.
