Chiyoko Mitsumata is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and sound programmer. She joined Chunsoft around 1992 and left around 2002. Most of her credits included sound and sound programming. She was also responsible for the company's SNES music driver, though it was only used in Japanese-exclusive titles.
She is now known as Chiyoko Matsuo.

Audio Development
SNES
For the SNES, Chiyoko programmed her own driver, which was a variant on Nintendo's Kankichi-kun. Each game she worked on had a unique build.
For Dragon Quest I & II, she used a sound driver by Yasuhiro Taguchi.
