After you have a population of 50,000 you will become a Capital city. At this point you've probably got a stadium, a seaport, and maybe even an airport to handle your huge mass of bodies. You'll have to double your population to reach the rank of Metropolis. The title comes from the Nintendo Super Famicom Game Music compilation album.
