Batman Returns is a platform game developed and published by Sega for the Game Gear. Like other versions, it is a side-scrolling platformer. While very similar to the Master System version, the Game Gear version has slightly different levels and gameplay mechanics.

Music

Motohiro Kawashima, the Yuzo Koshiro's fellow composer, was the author of the original music. He managed to catch Koshiro's style from The G.G. Shinobi by writing music to the same rhythm. Later, he and Koshiro wrote the music for the Shinobi II: The Silent Fury in the same rhythmic style.
