Bad Dudes vs. Dragonninja is a scrolling platform beat-em-up where up to two players may simultaneously fight as martial arts experts in an attempt to rescue the president who as been kidnapped by ninjas. The game is separated into seven stages, the streets of New York, riding atop a semi trailer, the sewers, a forest, a freight train, a cave, and finally, the Dragon Ninja's hideout. Each stage is crawling with various ninjas that you must beat up, and at the end of each stage is a boss.
The game was originally released in Japan with the title Dragonninja, but prefaced the title with "Bad Dudes" when released in America to capitalize on the slang of the time.
The Zeebo port emulates this version of the game as does the version found in the Data East Arcade Classics for the Wii.

Music
The music and sound of Bad Dudes was composed by Azusa Hara and Hiroaki Yoshida. The volume is engineered so that normal background music is quieter than fanfares, jingles, and the ending music. The ending music is different between the Japanese and US releases. In Japan, the ending music is A Better Tomorrow, while the US release plays Hail to the Chief for the president.

Game Rip
The music was logged to VGM format during game play. The timing if the rip is off a little causing some songs to start with silence and others to loop at the wrong place. The recording was made with Game Emu Player v1.204 in foobar2000.
There are issues with the timing of this recording. |
