Back to the Future Part II & III is a sequel to Back to the Future (NES) and another side-scrolling game developed and published respectively, by Beam Software and LJN, and it was only released in North America in 1990. It is based on the two sequels from the 1985 movie of the same name, released in 1989 and 1990.
You can play it, around time, in 2015, 1985, 1955 and in the Old West. Like most LJN games, there is hardly any resemblance to the movie, the play control is pretty awful, and there is overall little to no enjoyment to the game.
The game itself was split into two levels, the street levels, the object rooms, plus puzzle rooms and time travel. Many criticized it for ripping off Super Mario Bros. (NES).
In the introduction, it only shows the plot of the movies.

For 1990, Tania Smith did a great job creating original music that barely resembles any music from the movie's soundtrack. Gavan Anderson created the sound effects for the game, which was all programmed into Brian Post's version of the NYNTH sound engine that was utilized by the company.

The game itself only has a bad ending, and lacks credits, since the game publisher who made it, LJN prohibited game credits.
Ripping NES music is an arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site. The music was recorded in the Synthesia Mod of NSFPlay.
