The Apache Strike Theme sounds to be an amalgam of Sylvester Levay's Airwolf Main Theme and Freddie Mercury's Vultan's Theme (Attack of the Hawk Men). In all three ports, it's the only song, playing at the title screen, the gameplay itself lacks music.
Games
Apache Strike (MAC)
The Macintosh version plays at the title screen.
Apache Strike (C64)
The song is heard at the game's title and is rendered on the SID chip.
The HVSC (High Voltage SID Collection) suggests that Chris Teslak, who was credited as a person responsible for music in the MS-DOS port, produced the same year by the same company, also rendered a Commodore 64 version. Hovewer, only a little is known about this person, there is no certainty in the fact Chris Teslak was acknowledged of the SID sound programming also. So, the arranger remains unknown.
Apache Strike (DOS)
The DOS port plays the original song on the PC Speaker. It had not been tested if the Tandy 3 Voice output also exists.
