Kurt Masteller composed a genre-spanning soundtrack for Anyone For Cards? including country, blues, and classical. A couple of the songs are traditional favorites like Minuet In G Major and Canon In D Major, others are his own composition. Titles and track order come from the music selection dialog. The game allows you to specify whether you want to hear a single song on repeat, randomly change songs after a single play-through, or turn music off entirely.

The first six songs selection match those from the Macintosh game, but the Windows port includes a 7th option for a User MIDI File. While you would think this would let you select your own MIDI song file, it actually just plays a User.mid file. As with old games, it's often difficult to find a pristine copy, so it is not known if the file recorded here came with the game natively, or was added later by the person who created the archive.

The rendition of Minuet In G Major appears to be take from Voyetra's MusiClips library.

Songs starting with a 1 were recorded using General MIDI with the default Microsoft synthesizer, those starting with a 2 using a Sound Blaster 16, those with a 3 using an AdLib.
