The arcade version of America Bye Bye is the original version of the song. The song plays at the ending sequence after the player has successfully endured the six extremely difficult stages offered by the game.

The beginning of the song is a heavily-arranged version of the intro to The Star-Spangled Banner.

The song was composed by Osamu Ohta using a sound driver by Masahiro Yuge in a custom MML for the YM3812 sound chip.
