1st Lap End is a jingle that is played when you successfully defeat Lucifer for the first time and are told that you have been tricked by Satan into a room of illusion. Now you must replay the game to rescue Princess Prin Prin and get the proper ending.

The song title comes from the official Makaimura Music Collection album.

In the NES version, the status bar is hidden for this message. There is also a minor typo in an already awful translation; the word "devised" has been respelled "devisut". As for the tune itself, it has the expected change in timbre due to the NES audio chip. The audio driver used was created by Yoshihiro Sakaguchi.
