The 1351 Main Demo is one of the themes of the Creative Music System. It plays during the Demo.bat program that was made to help demonstrate and sell the Creative Music System. The song is similar to 1351 Theme, another song from the same software bundle, probably a different version of the same song.
The file is named MDEMO.CMS on the install disks and is located on the 1st Song disk. The song plays through two SAA1099 chips.
