SID to MIDI (Windows) applies a user-interface to the command line program of the same name, SID to MIDI. It uses the same conversion engine of the command line program which offers impressive sound MIDIs.
The program supports various conversion options including modifying the speed, quality, sensitivity, and converting to text-based output.
