This song is played in the main menu.
The IMF meta tag is "WONDERIN", and many out-dated web sites still list the track simply "Wonderin'" or "Wondering". However, when Bobby Prince released a large archive of the original MIDIs he composed with Sequencer Plus Gold, the full length title was finally discovered. The internal track number is 14.
The MIDI remake of this song from Bobby Prince is included in the game rip.

Like the other music in GBA release, this song doesn't appears in-game and only appears in ROM of this game. Despite the using of superior sound generator, this is of lower fidelity, and using the samples instead of OPL2 instuments increase it a little. Interestingly, that the result is mostly based on the MIDI playback, not AdLib.

In Atari ST version, this track plays on menu screen. It was downgraded to YM2149 from YM3812, however, due to the clever programming, it still sounds great.
The name of the file in the rip is simply "Wolf_3D_Wondering_About.sndh".

Voxelstein 3D version is absolutely the same with DOS, because game use files of the shareware DOS release. This song never plays in-game, so it wasn't included in the soundtrack infobox. Metadata name is "WONDERIN".

In the browser version, this track is utilized just as it was in MS-DOS version. It also replaces Horst-Wessel-Lied since Wondering About My Loved Ones appear short after the load of the game, before the menu screen. But since they had original MIDI file from Bobby Prince, they decided to record it into PCM data, so it sound better than original version.

For this version, original AdLib music was just recorded into OGG files. Delelopers used different emulator, so recordings differ, but very slighty.
The name of the track's file is "menu.ogg".

Sega Genesis version sounds like DOS, but rendered on the YM2612 sound chip, which has somewhat inferior quality over the DOS version's YM3812. However, it's almost insensibly.
Other ports
Amiga, CD-32 and PC-98 ports of Wolfenstein 3D have music compressed in original Wolfenstein 3D MD-DOS version files, but those versions don't play it because they don't have proper OPL3 emulator to do it.
SNES, Jaguar versions don't have it, 3DO and Macintosh ports have complitely different music.
Android, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PSP, Dreamcast and Windows Phone versions have the same music with MS-DOS release.
