There are six different variations of Trepak in Tetris. They all play after the player completes Level 9 in the B-Type mode. The variation that plays depends directly on which Height setting the player uses (0-5). The harder the height, the more details will be added to the song, as well as the amount of Russian dancers seen while the song is playing.

The song is transposed a whole step up to the key of A. Hirokazu Tanaka wrote the music in Z80 assembly into his sound driver.
