Toshiyuki Ueno is a Japanese programmer, composer and sound designer.
In the game "Kero Kero Keroppi no Daibouken", there are no staff credits, but his and Fukashi Ohmorita's name is in the ROM. According to Toshiyuki, this was because there was not enough space for a complete staff roll.
