Tomohisa Mitsuyasu is a Japanese musician known for his work as both a guitarist and songwriter in the band J-Walk. In the late 80's and early 90's, Shouei System hired Tomohisa to compose the music to some of their video games. He currently lives in Taito-ku and has two sons, Aru and Yota.

In the video game music community, he is known for composing the music to Idea no Hi, which also appears to be the last game he worked on.

Tomohisa said he composed the music in Music Macro Language using Shouei System's music driver. Shouei's music driver was probably written by Yayoi Suzuki, who was sometimes credited for sound effects.
