Together Always is the music that you hear in the opening scene where the boy is creeping across the log to Timothy and Elliot. It continues as you fall into the water, and pull the Mana Sword, and then ends when you encounter the first rabite. The tune is relatively repetitive, but it is only heard in this one scene then again on Lighthouse Isle.
The sound effects for the waterfall are actually embedded into the music file and are even heard on the official soundtrack (track 4). However, a special version of the tune is included in the rip that removes the sound effect track and gives you just the music; this version is the Lighthouse Isle version.

The title between the American and Japanese soundtracks are effectively the same.
