The game contains a single track which is an arrangement of The Simpsons theme song composed by Danny Elfman. The game credits Mark Van Hecke, but he never worked for Arc Developments or Ocean Software. The game also credits Jonathan Dunn, who also did the Commodore 64 and Amiga versions' music, which had the same arrangement of the theme song.
The music was recorded using two different sound options marked by the following pre-digits:
|101||Title Screen (The Simpsons Theme)||Danny Elfman||Jonathan Dunn||2:06||Download|
|201||Title Screen (The Simpsons Theme)||Danny Elfman||Jonathan Dunn||2:06||Download|

The credits can be accessed by waiting a few seconds at the title screen. Unlike the NES version, Danny Elfman is not credited for composing The Simpsons theme.
The VGM file was logged in DOSBox 0.74 during gameplay. It was then trimmed to loop properly. The VGM logs at the second loop of the song because the first loop has some instruments fade-in.
It is unknown what native format the game uses, since everything is compressed in .OVL files, but it might be a MIDI or XMI file.
