The Eternal Castle Britannia plays while you're roaming around Lord British's castle. It will also play if you speak to Sherry in the Royal City, since she is the in-game character for Noriko Hidaka, the singer of the lyric version of the song.
The title is translated from the Ultima Mix album (永遠の城ブリタニア, Eien no Shiro Britannia). A second version of the song appears on the Ultima Mix album which gives it a full musical arrangement. The song is turned into a romantic pop song called The Magnet of the Heart or possibly The Pull/Attraction of the Heart (ハートの磁石, Heart no jishaku). The music was composed by Tsugotoshi Goto, the lyrics were written by Yasushi Akimoto, and the vocals were sung by Noriko Hidaka.
