Taro Bando is a Japanese composer and sound designer is known for his countless works at Nintendo. He started working for them around 1987 and continues to work there to this day. While he started off as a composer for their home consoles, he later ended up becoming a sound supervisor and started doing sound effects for their handhelds, mostly for the 3DS.
