Takahiro Fukase, more commonly known by his main alias PHQUASE (pronounced "Fukase"), is a Japanese techno producer. He became popular as a producer after winning a number contests for Konami's SOUND VOLTEX series, and is even more well known for effecting (the SOUND VOLTEX term for creating charts for) a number of boss songs in the series. In addition to his effecting work in SOUND VOLTEX, he has done chart design work for beatmania IIDX and pop'n music.

He is one of the members of a branch of Konami's in-house BEMANI record label, beatnation records, called beatnation RHYZE. He was chosen as an addition to the label by Naoyuki Sato.
