Shinichi Seya was a Japanese programmer who worked for Sunsoft. He primarily worked with the audio side of programming in the earlier part of his career, but later moved onto general programming and game coding. He worked with Nobuyuki Hara on many projects, which almost always meant programming and implementing Naoki Kodaka's music into the game.
