While Mogg is originally from the United Kingdom, he has lived in Spain and the United States for a long time and now currently lives in Miami Beach, Florida. Paul's best known soundtrack is probably the SNES version of Wordtris.

Paul created MIDI files in Studio Vision Pro. In Super Tetris, they were converted to Don Harlow's sound driver. In Tetris Classic, they were converted to George Sanger's sound driver.
