Paul Hiley is a British video game programmer. He worked for Gremlin Graphics from 1991 to 2002. While he worked there, he coded the sound for some of their games. He has worked for several other game developers including Infogrames, Atari, Paradigm, THQ, and Luxoflux. Paul currently works at Insomniac Games.

NES

Paul programmed a sound driver in 6502 assembly, which was only used in one game; Nigel Mansell's World Championship Racing. The driver was used by Patrick Phelan.
