The song also plays while you are in New Phlan. It was arranged by Takeshi Yasuda, who used custom music development software similar to a Yamaha DX7. The PC98 version takes advantage of the YM2203's FM + PSG capabilities. As a result, some other parts were added. It sounds like Yasuda had to learn the music by ear.
