NTDEC (NinTenDo Electronics Company) was a Taiwanese game company established in 1983 that developed and produced pirated NES games. They are probably most known for their Caltron 6-in-1 (NES) game. While the company uses Nintendo in their name, they are not at all related to Nintendo. In 1993, Nintendo of Japan later sued the company not only for making unlicensed video games on their console, but for also using Nintendo in their name. Then the company changed its name with Asder Electronic Co. and produced more pirated NES games until 1994, when the company switched to the educational game consoles producting. For this reason, some people have left this company and established own company, called Rex Soft.
