Micah McGonigal is an American video game developer. He is best known for developing the computer game Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, in which all the programming, graphics, and audio were done by him.

For Baldi's Basics, Micah used Music Maker; the name of the MIDI editor that came with Adventure Maker. The MIDI files were converted to WAV format; possibly due to one of the songs being used on one of the enemies in the game, in which the loudness of the song depends on how close the player is to them.
