The page lists the games that were not capable of producing sound effects for varieties of aesthetical or techical reasons. Unlike List of Games Without Music it is not necessary decouple the game pages (due to the fact any game may still have music). However, if the game does not feature audio at all its title should be added to both lists without having the VGMPF entry.
