Level 3-1 is the longest tune from Super Noah's Ark 3D. The song is the same for both the DOS and SNES releases, but the different audio hardware plays them each with a distinct sound.

You will hear Level 3-1 song as soon as you start the first floor of the third level (see the screenshot), but overall you can hear it on Level 3-1, Level 4-2 and Level 5-4.

The song is output to S-SMP chip.

In the DOS version, Level 3-1 plays in the same stages as in the Nintendo (E3M1, E4M2, and E5M4)

The type-0 DOS MIDI file's meta data refers to the track as "NOAH04.imf", even though it is not an IMF file. This is to make it compatible with Wolfenstein 3D music engine.
