Kiyoshi Kusatsu is a Japanese composer, sound designer and programmer. He worked for ITL and Act Japan. He often used "Onsen" in his name which is Japanese for Hot Springs. Since Kiyoshi was good friends with him, he also occasionally uses the alias of Kenichi Kamio's music company Light Link Music.

Kiyoshi programmed a sound driver in 6502 assembly. Kenichi would write the music on sheet music paper and would then give it to Kusatsu to convert to his sound engine by hand. It is unknown of Kiyoshi's sound driver utilized assembly or Music Macro Language.
