Kazuhiko Nagai was a Japanese composer who was a part of Sega's sound team.

Genesis

Kazuhiko used a PC98 computer and programmed the music, which was converted to Tokuhiko Uwabo and Hiroshi Kubota's version of the Genesis/Mega Drive sound engine.
