Junko Tamiya worked with Capcom from around 1987 to 1990 where she created several impressive videogame soundtracks.

Though last videogame Tamiya was credited for new music was in 1990, her music has been remixed in various sequels including the Bionic Commando and Strider games.

Tamiya used a great number of aliases throughout her career, but it is unknown why.
