JAM (Just Another Music Player) For Windows is the Windows port of the Atari ST program, JAM. The music player's interface borrows heavily from Winamp. It was originally designed to play Atari ST SNDH files, but has been updated to play several more formats. It also have a feature to separate audio channels (doesn't work with noise channel of SID, and with tracker music if it has more then 4 channels - other channels will play will play even if all 4 channels are off).

It supports recording to WAV, and it's as accurate as converting to it (but slower).

The following formats are supported:

AIFF, DW, HIP, IT, MOD, MP1, MP2, MP3, MTM, OGG, SID, SNDH, TFMX, TSD, WAV, XM.

For some reasons, in most cases this player doesn't give the proper sounding of HIP music (some instruments play incorrectly).
