Ichiro Takagi is a Japanese composer and sound designer who worked at Irem. Around 1984, he started doing games for Nichibutsu.

In the game Tube Panic, he is only credited as a planner. However, the person credited for sound, Ryoichi Yamada stated that Ichiro actually composed the music, while Ryoichi himself only worked on sound effects.
