The first arrangement plays at Floor 5 (pictured) and Floor 27, which is internally called HEAVY1 within AUDIOMUS.CO7 file and is a track number three.

The second arrangement is slightly longer and is used in Floor 10. Its internal name is HEAVY1A.

In the CD version of the game, this track, aside from being played on the mentioned levels, is picked randomly when playing secret levels (Floors 41-46), bonus levels (Floors 31-40), Deathmatch levels (the music changes each time an opponent kills you) and randomizer game mode.

Based on the second arrangement from Corridor 7, this song was later reused in Operation Body Count (DOS) but does not have an assignment to any level in the game. However, the game randomly picks this track as a background music if playing floors 7-40, multiplayer deathmatch (the music changes each time an opponent kills you) or randomizer game mode.

The song is called HEAVY1A within AUDIOMUS.BC file, as in the previous game, and is a track number ten.
