Dr. T's KCS (Keyboard Controlled Sequencer), later released as KCS Omega, is a music composing program released on several platforms. The program's creator was Emile Tobenfeld, hence the "T" in Dr. T. The program was also used by various composers to create music for NES, SNES and Genesis games.
