David Rushton (he goes by Dave) is an American game designer, and the brother of game designer Hal Rushton. He worked at Saffire composing music and sound for their games along with Eric Nunamaker. He was also the founder of Sensory Sweep Studios back in 2003. In September 2005, the company closed its doors due to bankruptcy. The company changed its name to keep the development of some games going, but it was closed for good in 2008. One of these names was Fooptube in which the U.S. Department of Labor filed a lawsuit against David and won. He then was convicted on October 2012 and started his sentence on the 10th. Prior to this, Rushton also served six months in 2010 for racketeering and tax fraud. Currently, David runs LBD Games.
Since David was uncommonly credited for music and sound, he may have just been an audio programmer.
