Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy is a famous instrumental from the ballet The Nutcracker. The instrumental features a rare keyboard instrument piece, the celesta, which means "heavenly" in French. Tchaikovsky wrote Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy specifically the celesta in order to be the first composer to use it.
