Crwth is an alias of an unknown arranger, who seems to be credited in the only one Ocean game for the Amstrad CPC, Highlander (CPC).
Antony Crowther was contacted, but he denied working on it, as he never programmed for the Amstrad CPC. An Ocean developer has speculated it could have been Fred Gray, who said in turn it was not him. Unfortunately, Steve Calvert, who is credited for the same game, passed away at the unknown date.
