Carl Muller is an English video game programmer. He started working at Beam Software in 1989, working on a few of their NES titles such as Days of Thunder (NES) and The Last Ninja (NES), though he didn't do any audio work on these titles. In 1990, he left Beam and joined Mirrorsoft, where he programmed some of their computer games. In 1992, Muller started working at Probe Software. While working there, he programmed their sound driver for the SNES. Muller worked at Probe until 1996. He also worked at HotGen for several years as a programmer.

Since 2019, Muller is the Lead Embedded Systems Engineer at HyBird in London.
