Each of the '''''Boss Stages''''' in ''Super Noah's Ark 3D'' (Level 1-3, Level 2-4, Level 3-4, Level 4-5, Level 5-6 and Level 6-7) play this track. In the DOS release, the song is output to OPL2 and plays in the same boss stages (E1M3, E2M4, E3M4, E4M5, E5M6, and E6M7) as in the SNES release.

The type-0 DOS MIDI file's meta data refers to the track as "NOAH07.imf", even though it is not an IMF file. This is to make it compatible with Wolfenstein 3D music engine.
