Boss 1, Boss 2, and Boss 3 are three unused tracks in the data files of Raptor: Call of the Shadows (DOS). Their file names are boss1.mus, boss2.mus, and boss3.mus.

Boss 1

The first unused track is just a repeat of two notes played for several 5.78 seconds. It's difficult to speculate how this would be used as a boss theme, perhaps a warning sound for the upcoming battle?

Boss 1

Boss 2

The second unused track is a series of four notes played for several bars, then it raises in pitch and continues. The track is 20.12 seconds long.

Boss 2

Boss 3

The third unused boss track actually sounds like a proper song. It has an electric guitar melody with a nice percussion backdrop. The song is 39.24 seconds long and quite well polished, so it's odd that the developers didn't end up finding a use for it.

Boss 3

Boss4

In the game's data files, there is a boss4.mus file, which was probably intended for boss music as well as it has a sinister sound. However, the song ended up being used for the game credits.
