Almost Out of Breath was composed by Bobby Prince using Sequencer Plus Gold. The tune was written for Commander Keen V where it is played in the level "Security Center".

There was an earlier version of this song, called Jazz Me that was eventually changed so much that it got a new title.

The fact that this was the case is apparent from what John Romero recalled regarding the songs which seems to have confused the two different names:

Correct, "security center" is really called JazzMe. I only remember JazzMe as the title so you're looking at an older version of the song.

However, Bobby Prince contacted the site and explained that the correct song name was Almost Out of Breath.
