AV artisan was a Taiwanese video game developer, who made unlicensed games for the Sega Genesis, as well as Super A'can games. Established in January 1993 by Wei Lu Cheng, who made sound effects for some games. In 1998 were abandoned with video game production and ever since operate an online gaming site called Da Fanshu (or Big Sweet Potato).
